We Didn't Start The Fire- Billy Joel

So the past two weeks have been filled with mainly art history. It's basically taken over my life... in the best possible way. I really do love it and I can't wait for it to be my life. Hmm, I didn't get that RA position, which is really upsetting, but I'll get over it. I always do. Wow, that sounds so sad. Whatevs.
There's a couple of art shows coming up soon. Both on campus and off. They're supposed to be really good so you should check them out. Here's the info:

This show should get a good following. The artists deserve it. A lot. Also they have a show in the city at the Smith-Stewart Gallery from April 16th through the 26th. The reception is on the 17th 6-8 PM. Check it out if you're in the city. Or if you want to take a day, go look at some art. It's good for the soul.

Let's see, how else is life? I'm really trying to get my feet off the ground with my photography. Thinking about applying to the art conservatory for the spring semester of next year. We'll see how I feel about it when the time comes. I really just miss drawing... and I forgot my sketchbooks at home so that's causing some major bummage on my part. Oh! If you're around the NYU area this weekend go see the Cleftomaniacs. They're an a cappella group and they're the best on campus. My sister's in it, so I'll be there. It should be a really fun time. Rap medley, En Vogue, Melissa Ethridge. What could be more fun than that? Show at 8:30-10 in Kimmel, 9th floor.

I'm out. Have a good day.
